Application:
Grab the copper tongue scraper with both hands at the ends, and fix the curved part as much as possible back to the tongue. Pull with gentle pressure over the tongue forward, so that the toxins remain on the tongue scraper. Repaet 3 - 4 times, then thoroughly rinse your mouth and clean the tongue scraper.
